For now, our ownership is spread in the residential, industrial and mixed segments, and we plan to develop it gradually in the next 5 years along with our plans to expand gradually.

Our group is in the process of accumulating land reserves and collaborations with land-owner partners for various long-term projects within the Greater Jakarta area and beyond Java.
We also welcome potential partners who are interested in being part of the story of the growth of our business and the growth of the property sector in Indonesia which continues to be recorded throughout its history.
